Role: Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with a range of psychiatric conditions.
- Deliver comprehensive psychiatric management, including medication planning and ongoing clinical monitoring.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support patient care and treatment planning.
- Participate in shared call coverage to ensure continuity of psychiatric services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed to practice psychiatry and qualified to independently manage adult psychiatric patients.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Experience providing inpatient psychiatric care and coordinating with other specialties (internal medicine support is available).
