We are seeking *PRN Pediatric Speech Therapists* to provide *maternity leave coverage* at our multidisciplinary clinics in Springdale-Downtown and Springdale-West.
Our clinics focus on pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy for children with developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions, primarily through in-clinic treatment with some home or daycare visits.
Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children in a collaborative setting, with support from bilingual office staff and clinical leadership.
**Responsibilities include:**
– Developing personalized care plans using various treatment techniques
– Delivering evidence-based, quality interventions
– Motivating children to improve their functioning
– Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
– Documenting patient care services
**Requirements:**
– Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– Current Arkansas SLP license
– ASHA Certification or CFY completion
Preferred coverage time is 1 pm to 5:45 pm.
**Pay rate:** $60/hour.
**Work is in person.**
