We are seeking *PRN Pediatric Speech Therapists* to provide *maternity leave coverage* at our therapist-owned multidisciplinary clinics in Springdale-Downtown and Springdale-West.
Our clinics specialize in treating children with developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnoses, primarily through in-clinic treatment with occasional home or daycare visits.
Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children in a collaborative environment, supported by bilingual office staff and a strong leadership team.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop personalized care plans using various treatment techniques
• Deliver evidence-based, quality care and interventions
• Motivate and engage patients to optimize functioning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Document patient care services
**Requirements:**
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Arkansas SLP license
• ASHA Certification or completion of CFY
Preferred coverage from 1pm to 5:45pm.
