Role Summary
Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients by assessing individual needs and developing individualized plans of care.
Key Duties
- Prepare equipment and support physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications and document patient responses.
- Monitor and respond to adverse symptoms and changes in condition.
- Perform essential nursing procedures including changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Ability to safely administer medications and follow documentation standards.
- Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing procedures and maintaining patient safety.
- Effective communication and responsiveness in clinical situations.
