Role Overview:
Seeking a PRN CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including advanced modalities like CT, MRI, and interventional radiology, on adult and pediatric patients. No prior CT experience needed; cross-training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Perform studies independently, including portable and on-call exams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
- Licenses such as IEMA – Illinois, RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES.
- Preferred experience includes at least 2 years in radiology or related fields, with CPR and IV therapy certifications advantageous.
