Responsibilities: Provide compassionate home healthcare to pediatric and adult patients, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes. Utilize electronic documentation through tablets in patients’ homes. Collaborate with a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver personalized care.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
