Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered homecare for infants with low acuity needs, including gtube and oxygen management.
- Deliver clinical care in patients’ homes, ensuring outstanding outcomes and adherence to care plans.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in each patient’s home.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, offering support and communication for optimal patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
