Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
This role involves providing compassionate home healthcare, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care, documenting patient progress electronically, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: six months of hands-on nursing experience
