We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced physician to serve as a founding leader in our innovative primary care clinic in Waterville, Maine.

Provide personalized, patient-centered care with longer visits and lower panel sizes.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and health coaches.

Shape workflows and processes to meet community needs while promoting value-based care.

Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance, and professionalism.

Qualifications include MD or DO, board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, DEA license, and BLS certification. Prior outpatient care experience is preferred.
