Seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI.

Offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099).

Responsibilities include preventive, acute, and chronic care, supervising medical trainees, and coordinating with specialists.

Deliver culturally competent, team-based care using a patient-centered medical home model.

Maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulations, and support quality improvement.

Engage in community outreach and staff development.

Qualifications include MD/DO, residency training in Family/Internal Medicine, licensure, and commitment to underserved populations. Preferred experience in FQHCs and population health.
