Primary Care Physician — Building Stronger Communities Together

Seeking a Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, offering full-time or part-time positions, with flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099).

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to diverse populations across all ages, emphasizing preventive, acute, and chronic care.

Supervise medical residents and students, and perform routine procedures if desired.

Manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, mental health issues, and address social determinants of health.

Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team using a team-based, culturally sensitive care model.

Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Participate in community outreach and professional development activities.

Qualifications: MD/DO, family medicine/internal medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, active license, and commitment to underserved populations. Preferred experience in community health settings.

Compensation: $240,000–$260,000/year, with benefits including insurance, loan repayment, paid time off, and professional development.
