Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual care for adult patients.
- Deliver preventive services and evidence-based clinical care.

- Provide same- or next-day visit access as needed.
- Use established technology platforms and an EHR to streamline documentation and care coordination.
