Role Overview:
Managing a diverse patient panel by providing acute, chronic, and preventive primary care through in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits.
Engaging in continuous learning via Clinical Rounds and collaborating with both in-person and virtual clinical teams.
Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures and obtaining additional state licensure for virtual care in new states.
Qualifications & Skills:
Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience.
Licensed in Washington, DC.
Passion for patient-centered care, effective communication across diverse backgrounds, proficiency with healthcare technology, clinical expertise, teamwork orientation, openness to feedback, adaptability, and confidence in navigating uncertain situations.
