Role: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing patient care and department operations in the Pre-op/PACU unit during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Support quality, safety, and patient outcomes through effective leadership and supervision.
- Guide and evaluate nursing staff, participating in hiring processes and performance assessments.
- Lead staff meetings, educational sessions, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Experience in patient care coordination within a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality improvement practices.
- Ability to oversee department operations and support staff development.
