We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned group offering full-time or part-time positions with benefits.
Provide medical oversight and care across subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings.
Maintain timely documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews.
Support practice operations, collaborate with staff, and engage in strategic planning.
Visit multiple facilities as needed; share evening, weekend, and holiday call duties.
Ensure compliance with regulations, uphold safety standards, and participate in scholarly activities.
Qualifications include experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, medical licensure and certification, and the ability to work independently. Compensation starts at $300,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision/dental coverage. Travel within facilities is required.
