We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice on a full-time or part-time basis with benefits.
Provide medical oversight and care in subacute, long-term, assisted, and independent living settings.Ensure timely documentation, participate in quality improvement, utilization management, and peer review programs.Support practice operations, collaborate with staff, and contribute to strategic goals.Visit multiple facilities as needed, share call duties, and uphold safety and professional standards.Qualifications include medical licensure, board certification or eligibility, and experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings preferred.
