We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice on a full-time or part-time basis with benefits.
The role involves providing medical oversight and direct care in subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings, with participation in quality assurance, utilization management, and administrative duties.
Qualifications include medical licensure, Board eligibility or certification, preferably with experience in Skilled Nursing or hospitalist settings. The position requires reliable transportation, the ability to work independently, and active participation in medical staff activities.
