Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Pediatric ICU)
Provide clinical leadership for critically ill pediatric patients in an ICU setting. Coordinate patient care, oversee and support clinical staff, and promote evidence-based practices. Mentor and guide nurses, assist with staffing and workflow, and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, family-centered care. Serve as a resource for clinical judgment and problem-solving in high-acuity situations, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
