Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Director for skilled nursing facilities, overseeing quality and compliance
- Participate in quality assurance and process improvement meetings
- Provide guidance and training to facility staff
- Supervise clinical staff, including PAs and NPs
- Deliver high-quality primary care to residents, managing acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications & Benefits

- Competitive salary ranging from $210,000-$250,000/year plus sign-on bonus
