Responsibilities:
- Serve as Medical Director for skilled nursing facilities, participating in quality initiatives and staff training
- Provide direct patient care as the attending physician, managing acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure quality resident care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to clinical guideline development
Qualifications:
