Physician – Primary Care – Live Well Homecare

This Primary Care Physician position offers a $10,000 annual sign-on bonus and requires board certification, Missouri medical license, and BLS certification.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing patient-centered care within a team-based model

Coordinating care through collaborative approaches

Attending training, meetings, and assisting with clinical needs

Ensuring patient rights and continuity of care across sites

Supporting effective team collaboration to meet clinic goals
