Physician Opportunities

Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.

Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and specialists.

Maintain proper documentation, meet quality and safety standards, and participate in care coordination and quality improvement activities.

Offer Medical Directorship services (included in base pay) with opportunities for additional earning through extra directorships.

Minimal rotating weekend and holiday call, no night call. Travel between facilities required.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
Salary $300K-$350K, sign-on bonus, performance bonuses, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, paid time off, relocation assistance, and more.

**Qualifications:** MD/DO, current Colorado license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Preferred experience in post-acute care.
