We are seeking a family medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary provider in a well-established practice in Jasper, TX. The role involves in-person patient care and telehealth, serving a diverse patient population.
**Responsibilities include:**
Leading onsite clinical assessments with a team of MDs and FNPsUtilizing decision support tools for patient evaluationsConducting shared decision-making via in-office or telemedicine platformsImplementing patient-centered treatment plans with the care team**Ideal candidates are:**
