Seeking a board-certified Hematology and Medical Oncology physician to join a respected team in Northern California, offering a balanced work-life environment between the Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Sacramento.
Responsibilities include providing advanced care for diverse hematology and oncology patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and participating in active tumor boards and clinical trials. The practice features a supportive staff, on-site infusion and radiation therapy, diagnostic imaging, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Schedule: 36 hours patient-facing + 4 hours indirect care, 5 days/week with one weekend/month on-call. Typical patient load: 1-2 new patients/day, with inpatient rounding and night coverage.
Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification in Hematology/Oncology, California license, and proven clinical experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong diagnostic, interpersonal, and team skills.
