Role: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician in a small-town clinic.
Responsibilities:
– Provide patient-centered primary care in a collaborative team environment.
– Manage a light call rotation of 1 in 13, including clinic and nursing home patients.
– Serve as a backup for nursing home care without hospital call duties.
– Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation.
– Admit patients to a nearby 24-bed CAH facility; no OB responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
– Passion for small-town life and outdoor recreation.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
