The Physician provides outpatient medical care in a rural setting, overseeing clinical operations and leading the medical team as Director of Medical Services.
Deliver respectful, comprehensive patient care, including history-taking, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention across all ages.
Coordinate referrals, consults, and follow-up care with specialists and external agencies.
Supervise medical staff, develop protocols, and ensure quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain documentation, compliance, and records per regulations; participate in training, meetings, and community education.
Develop specialty clinics and provide expertise for complex cases; support clinic administration and quality standards.
Qualifications include an MD/DO license, Board certification preferred, experience in primary care, and knowledge of Native American health needs.
Work involves clinical duties, occasional travel, and operating in a rural environment with safety and confidentiality considerations.
