Seeking a Physician Assistant or APRN with at least 1 year of primary or urgent care experience for a full-time role in Okmulgee, OK.
Hours: 36-42 per week, Monday–Saturday, 3 shifts/week, including at least two Saturdays/month.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, order tests, prescribe treatments, perform procedures, document records, and prioritize patient-centered care.
Requirements: Active PA or APRN license, BLS certification.
Work environment: Supportive, team-oriented, and motivated culture with in-person work, using Experity EMR.
Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 annually plus benefits including 401(k), insurance options, paid time off.
