We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Advanced Practice Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles in primary and urgent care clinics located in Checotah, Wagoner, Pryor, and Okmulgee, with a new location opening in Sapulpa.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, valid PA or APRN license, and current BLS certification.
Providers will perform patient assessments, diagnose, order tests, prescribe treatments, and handle procedures like injections and suturing.
Role emphasizes patient-centered, team-oriented care in a motivated culture, with opportunities for leadership and growth.
Work involves in-person clinic duties with at least every other Saturday availability; no remote work.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
