This role involves rounding on patients, managing medical barriers to recovery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including therapy and medical staff.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in acute, subacute, or rehabilitation care, and holds an active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
