Position Overview: We seek an experienced advanced practice provider (APP) with a background in geriatrics, physiatry, internal medicine, orthopedics, sports medicine, or neurology to lead our physiatry consultation service in a skilled and inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities: The APP will conduct patient rounds, manage medical barriers to rehabilitation, and collaborate with therapy teams. Regular interdisciplinary meetings will address patient progress and discharge barriers.
