PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT or NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a flexible, in-person role in Muscatine, IA.

Provide comprehensive, person-centered care at skilled nursing facilities, including chronic and acute condition management and regulatory visits.

Enjoy autonomy in decision-making within a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Utilize EMR systems like Point Click Care or Matrix to deliver high-quality care.

Must hold a Master’s Degree, appropriate certification, and valid license as an NP or PA.
