performing patient exams and medical histories diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions administering medications and procedures documenting care using Medent EMR educating patients on health topics and wellness providing health coaching to improve outcomes. Candidates must have an active NY PA or NP license, strong clinical skills, and familiarity with outpatient care.
