This professional position involves providing highly complex, direct medical care to patients, operating independently with oversight from the Site Medical Director or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification in Family Medicine preferred.
- Current medical license in New Mexico, with ability to obtain hospital privileges.
- Licenses and registrations including DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid number.
- Within 30 days of hire, must obtain BLS/CPR and ACLS certification if applicable, maintaining current certification thereafter.
- Successful completion of health screenings, immunizations, and background checks as per policy.
This role requires compliance with all licensing, certification, immunization, and screening requirements to ensure safe and effective patient care.
