This professional position involves providing complex, independent medical care to patients under clinical oversight from senior leadership.
Requires graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification in Family Medicine preferred.
Must hold a current New Mexico medical license, DEA license, CSR, Medicare PIN/UPIN, and Medicaid number.
Must obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
Additional requirements include successful completion of health screenings, immunizations, and criminal background check if assigned to certain areas.
Position offers an opportunity to operate within funded programs and grants, with responsibilities performed independently under oversight.
