This professional role involves providing complex, independent medical care to patients, with clinical oversight from the Site Medical Director and/or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Requirements include:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification.
- Current medical license in New Mexico, with ability to obtain hospital privileges.
- DEA license, CSR, Medicare PIN, UPIN, and Medicaid numbers.
- BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire, with ongoing certification maintenance.
- Board certification in Family Medicine preferred.
Screening requirements:
- Completion of post-offer testing and immunizations (TB, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, influenza).
- Criminal Records Check if assigned to specific areas.
