This professional position involves providing complex, independent medical care to patients with oversight from the Site Medical Director and/or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Requires graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification, with a preference for Family Medicine.
Must hold or obtain necessary licenses and certifications, including a valid New Mexico medical license, DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid number.
Certification in BLS/CPR required within 30 days; ACLS certification needed if applicable.
Must complete screening requirements such as immunizations, criminal background check, and compliance with health and safety policies.
