This professional position involves providing complex, independent medical care to patients under clinical oversight from the Site Medical Director and/or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Requires graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification in Family Medicine preferred.
Must hold or obtain current licenses and certifications, including New Mexico medical license, DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid number.
Certification in BLS/CPR and ACLS within 30 days of hire if applicable, with ongoing certification maintenance.
Includes compliance with immunizations, testing, and background checks as part of screening requirements.
