This professional position involves providing complex, independent medical care to patients with clinical oversight from senior management.
Requirements include graduation from an approved medical school or board certification, with valid medical licensure in New Mexico, DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid numbers. Must obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days; board certification in Family Medicine is preferred. Must pass immunization and background checks, including TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, and influenza vaccines. Position offers an $8000 employee referral bonus and may include sign-on bonuses.
