This professional position involves providing highly complex, direct medical care to patients, operating independently with oversight from the Site Medical Director or Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
Requirements include:
Graduation from an accredited medical school or certification by recognized boards or licensing authorities.
Current medical license in New Mexico, with ability to obtain hospital privileges.
Valid DEA license, New Mexico CSR, Medicare PIN, UPIN, and Medicaid number.
Within 30 days of hire, obtain BLS/CPR or ACLS certification; ACLS required if assigned to specific centers.
Board certification in Family Medicine is strongly preferred.
Successful completion of screening, including immunizations (TB, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella) and criminal background check if applicable.
