Physical Therapy Assistant
Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey by implementing treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and patient education to improve mobility and function.
- Monitor patient responses and progress during treatment sessions.
- Document treatment details and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support individualized, safe care.
- Maintain a supportive, people-centered environment focused on learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program and ability to work under a licensed Physical Therapist’s direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to observe, report, and respond to patient progress and needs.
- Detail-oriented documentation skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Commitment to safe, effective, individualized rehabilitation care.
