Physical Therapy Assistant – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:
Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, the selected candidate will implement treatment plans for patients across all ages, adhering to established physical therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering individualized therapy programs.

Support patient progress and record treatment activities.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program (required).
Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or PTA (preferred, one year).
Current licensure as a PTA with maintaining good standing (required).
Current BLS certification, obtained within 90 days of hire (required).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
