Role Overview:
Assist in implementing specific treatment programs for patients across all age groups under supervision of a Physical Therapist, following accepted practices and principles.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Experience: No prior experience required; preferred one year as a Physical Therapy Aide or PTA.
- Certification/Licensure: Current licensure as a PTA with the Texas ECPTOTE, maintaining active status, and BLS certification within ninety days of hire, remaining active throughout employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Operate under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Maintain licensure and certifications in good standing.
