Role Overview: Provide pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings, focusing on improving movement, mobility, and functional skills. Collaborate closely with families and care teams while utilizing efficient documentation tools to support progress without excessive administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered pediatric therapy services
• Support children’s strength, mobility, and confidence

Qualifications & Skills:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Meets APTA qualification standards
