Seeking a Physical Therapist for Early Intervention services in the Greater Chicago area.
Responsibilities include:
Providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to children aged birth to three.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and updates to the IFSP.
Participating in family and caregiver education to support child development.
Documenting progress and communicating effectively with families and team members.
Qualifications:
Valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license or proof of license eligibility.
Degree in Physical Therapy and early intervention credentials.
