Role Overview: A Physical Therapist in this facility-based position reports to the Director of Rehab and is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering personalized physical therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
