Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapies accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
