Responsibilities: Establish and modify patient goals, oversee therapy staff and students, document treatment progress, utilize therapy software, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to legal and organizational standards. Assist in emergency procedures and promote a positive, professional environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have a degree from an accredited physical therapy program, hold an active license in the state, and CPR certification. New graduates are welcome to apply.
