Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapy, educate patients and families on managing conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications: Valid state PT licensure or certification, a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, and 0-1 years of experience. Current CPR certification is preferred.
