Role: Provides skilled physical therapy services to infants, including evaluation and treatment in a NICU setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status.
- Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making referrals as needed.
- Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill level and competency.
- Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s preferred.
- Physical Therapist License required.
- No prior experience necessary; supervisory experience not required.
