Role: PRN Physical Therapist providing pediatric care at a hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
- Educate, collaborate, and consult with patients, families, and healthcare team members, making referrals as needed.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels through clear communication.
- Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Conduct assessments, re-assessments, and provide consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred.
- Current Physical Therapist License.
- No prior experience required.
